Warranty

Firefly warrants our products to be free, in normal use, of any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from date of purchase by the original owner. Some products may have longer warranty periods as specified in their warranty documentation. Before you begin the process of obtaining warranty or repair service, please call us at 1-877-FIRELED and speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable support technicians. Often a product might appear defective, only because it is being used improperly or requires a simple adjustment.  One call to our experienced support staff just might get you back up and running quickly and easily!

When you return a product to Firefly, please provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase, indicating the date purchased
  • Any applicable forms
  • Return address
  • Daytime and evening phone numbers
  • Email address
  • Brief description of the problem

Under our standard warranty should the client desire on-site service, labor and travel will be charged.

Products requiring warranty service should be shipped to Firefly where they will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged. Firefly will be responsible for return shipping via common ground carriers. Any non-standard shipping needs to be discussed and approved by Client and Firefly logistics coordination.
